Well as you did a factory reset you would have put the Youview box into a state whereby it required to go thru the Youview set up process - ITV player requires the box to have successfully scanned the Freeview channels - if you have no freeview channels on the box after scanning after the reset then you won't see the ITV Player as it is ony available on Youview in those areas which receive the Dec 30, 2019 · While watching ITV player ,the programme runs fine till about 30 sec before advert and during advert-where the sound goes mute.In fact we can predict the advert is about to come when the sound problem starts. We have not noticed any problems with other channels so far.But my wife does watch ITV player mainly to catch up on her favourite serials.
